ABOUT DR ATENA
Dr Atena is a London trained, GDC Registered Facial injector/ Dentist with over 10 years experience in general dentistry and cosmetic injectables.
​
After qualifying from the Bart's and London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Dr Atena undertook further general dental training during several posts in the the South East, before opening her current practice in London 8 years ago.
She is an advanced aesthetic injector, with years of experience in treating her patients with anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Profhilo Injections, and mini-thread face lifts. She can carry out facial rejuvenation, as well as non-surgical rhinoplasty and facial contouring.

TREATMENTS
Profhilo Injections
Non-volumising hyaluronic acid which provides intense nourishment and hydration for smoother, tighter, and more glowing skin on the face, neck, or hands.
Suitable when patients want a lift without volume or surgery, results are very natural. Recommended treatment is initially two sessions, one month apart, then one session every 6 months. Results can last up to one year.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Botulinum Toxin has been around over two decades. It’s injected into facial muscles in order to relax and soften age lines, and can also be used preventatively. Areas injected including but are not limited to crow’s feet, frown lines, forehead lines, jaw line (Nefertiti lift), gummy smile, platysma (neck lines). This treatment can also be used medically for migraines and TMJ disorders. Men may require a larger dose. Treatment is recommended every 3-4 months.
Dermal Fillers
Composed of Hyaluronic acid of varying density, fillers can be used to volumise, enhance and augment the facial tissues. Areas injected include lips, smile lines, marionette lines, smokers lines, cheeks, chin, temples, Tear trough area, deep lines in the face and scars. Result can last 6 months-2 years. Recommended to repeat at least once a year.
Mini-Thread Face Lift

PDO threads, which were historically used in heart surgery for many years can now be used for cosmetic purposes. The process involves insertion of the threads parallel to the skin using a needle. This causes local skin tightening and collagen stimulation by way of inflammation, with the thread melting away within 2 months. Areas treated include the face and neck, and treatment is recommended every 12 months.
Dracula Therapy
Plasma Rich Protein has been used in sports medicine for many years. The process involves taking 20ml of your blood, and separating its plasma, which is then activated and injected into the desired areas. This treatment harnesses the natural healing ability of the body to regrow lost hair (men and women), improve acne scars, prevent ageing and refresh the skin and face on a deeper level by encouraging the production of collagen.
3 sessions, 2 months part are recommended, followed by 1 every 6 months. Results can last up to 18 months.
Underarm Injections
Great for treatment of excessive sweating ( hyperhidrosis), or for those wishing to keep their arm pit area dry, especially in hotter weather, or to avoid the use of anti-perspirants.
Uses Botulinum Toxin injected superficially into the arm pit areas, sweating can be greatly reduced. Results can last up to 6 months. Men may require a higher dose.
Fat dissolving Injection

Ameela Polynucleotide Treatments​
​
